Decided to call your bluff on that. Heritage Honda of Baltimore MD said that they WOULD cover the water pump because it is a FAILED part if it does not hold water. Also my sisters Wheel Baring had not failed completly it just made noise. Same with her transmission, it did not completly fail leaving her stranded, it skipped gears and downshifted hard. So thats wrong 3 times, any other senerio's?
So you are quite wrong and you might want to do better research next time (as I doubt anything has changed in the last 4 years). I know HondaCare is worth the money because I have seen it work, and it is nothing like you said. I am beginning to believe you got this info that nothing is covered from that Warranty Direct website only, maybe you should research elsewhere... Sorry to sound harsh, but you are telling me something I have bought, and something I have seen work is worthless. Sorry guy, thats not gonna happen.
