I have no idea on price as there will be on 1 price in one area/location per vehicle model.On whats different, on the L4 the PZEV engine version has VTEC on the exhaust side too, where it will pause 1 exhaust values at low speed for better low end performance/emissions (basically this disables 1 exhaust value at low speed) per cylinder.Where non PZEV has just 2 lobes exhaust cam and both work all the time (no high lift lobe). The Intake on both are the same with 3 lobe cam(low/high lifts).
