Yeah, I missed that a lot when I would drive my dad's old 7th gen. Although the D to D3 shift isn't that big a deal. The transmission would always drop fro 5th to 3rd on me when I wanted passing power anyways. The only difference is the inability to do 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. I wish Honda would've given the TSX's Shifttronic 5spd AT to the Accord.I plat with my 4, 3, 2, 1 quite often. In fact, I've gotten into a habit of starting in D4 when I leave my driveway and I use D3 and 2 to down shift. There's an on ramp to I-10 Here that you have to stop at a light before you get on. I ususally get my rev crave out there. Starting in 1 to right before redline, 2 to redline, D3 to 65, and then up to D4.
