I have to agree with the USA Today writer then that said 190 HP is really all you need. Before flaming that agreement, remember that my '02 V6 was rated at 200 HP using the old SAE measurement. It would probably be right around 190 HP using the new measurement. Things change fast in the automotive world nowadays. Of course, the 268 HP 244 lb-ft would be nice, it would be really hard to pass up 190 HP 4-cyclinder. It would all depend on what options one could get with the 4-cylinder.
