oh, and i've spent many times in the backseat of the tsx. i'm 5'7" and it can be a little cramped if the front seat is all the way back, but still comfy enough for a decent length trip, so i don't really think the backseat size is really much of a concern unless you plan on doing 10 hour road trips with a people packed car. and if you can move the front seat forward just a tad, it frees up room without compromising the front seat space much. we have a britax carseat in the backseat behind the driver side with no issues at all too. yes there is more room in the backseat of the accord, but not so much that it makes that huge of a difference. for example, the difference is so minute that stevel has been eyeing up ody's and it would be the accord that goes away in favor of the ody, not the tsx despite having a 1 year old and needing space for a carseat.
