The all season mats should have two holes in them to latch onto the hooks in the floor under the driver seat. That will keep them in place.
I have the all season mats but IMO they're not very effective - at least in snow. I keep the driver mat in year round because the carpeted mats tend to wear very quickly under my heel in front of the clutch. Snow, and in some cases rain, are not contained by the mats very well and the water runs off anyway. I've found the OEM all season mats to only be effective for camping in the summer or going to the beach - sand and dirt can be cleaned up quickly on them as opposed to staining the carpeted mats.
