Step back from the situation for a little bit. Calm down. Don't focus on the principle of making Honda come through for you... it may never happen.
Do the tire rotation thing yourself... doing it yourself will give you time to know the car better. Put the front wheels on the rear. The pull might stop. If any change in it's driving characteristics result, note it.
If the rotation does nothing, find a good place that offers a top notch alignment service... to hell with the little bit of money you will spend... have them align the car and have them explain to you, while they're working on it, how your Accord alignment works (adjustment points, etc.). If you tell them ahead of time what's going on, they will accomodate you. Be friendly, not bitter.
This is the best part... if the car drives true after the alignment, you can now rest easier. This will be the time where you can say "serenity now!" and move on. Your stress over this will disappear.
Whether or not you buy another Honda is your call. Personally, I don't drink the Honda Kool-Aid, I find lots of other cars desirable, so I wouldn't hesitate to look elsewhere for your next car. But until that time, you have to let go of the "Honda blows!" anger, and take control. Stop letting a car company decide whether you're happy or not.
Though the years, I have had products disappoint me, and if I've had a problem that couldn't be solved under warranty, I have paid to have someone reputable fix it, do it myself, or live with it 'til I can replace it. For me, it's only money... I always make more... and in a year's time (sometimes shorter) I will forget the problem I had in the first place. You will too.
BTW: cars are produced from the factory to track straight or eventually pull ever so slightly to the right, not the left. Why? Because they don't want cars to drift into oncoming traffic, but onto the shoulder. Just something to remember.
