Stll missing the whole picture Rtf. The car never tracked straight from the beginning. I brought it in at 6k and informed them that it pulled left on the highway. The tech most likely drove it up and down the street the dealer was located on and documented he could not duplicate the problem. In Honda's eyes, there never was and still isn't a problem because the tech said so. The dist mgr basically said, my car follows the crown and is not pulling and that is a characteristic of the accord, totally dismissing my claims. They will take a tech's word that drove my car for 2-3 mins over the customer's that drives it everyday for hours at a time. Am I in the twilight zone? If a manufacturer sells a car that is defective or needs repair, should the customer be held repsonsible? Again, at 6k, there was a problem, hell at 50 miles there was a problem, so I was under coverage at the time BUT since the tech could not duplicate the issue at the time, there was never a problem to Honda. They're hiding behind a technicality and she did say we don't have to cover it because we have proven documentation the car did not pull at 6K. If you had the conversation I had with Honda, you'd be damning them as well, trust me.I never said anything about trading my accord in but I did say I wouldn't buy another Honda and that still holds true. You act like it's totally insane for me to want to go with another brand. I've had troubles with 3 out of 3 Hondas that I've owned, it's time to move on.
