Certified Preowned are still fairly high. There were two in New York between $17,500 and $18k a month ago. Nothing like that now.
If you are concerned about resale, check out the prices on used GMs and Fords! The deals they are making on new ones have really hit the used car prices hard. Too bad the Cavalier is such a piece of crap!
