I think that the question of where to service your car comes down to the place that treats you AND your car right, uses honda quality, or better parts, and ofcourse, has reasonable prices.
We use a Honda mechanic for most things, and we took the Accord to the dealer for the 90k mile service. I will be using my ind. mechanic next time, as my dealer did not impress on that one. Remember, the best kind of friend you can have is a mechanic!
