___That 92 mpg was using UK gallons. In US terms, 3.07 l/100 km = 76.61 mpg
___The Euro Accord is the smaller TSX here but who cares. Place that 2.2L little monster in an 8th gen Civic and you have slightly better performance and even better FE! With the new CAT however, we should expect a small hit in both performance and FE
___Sulfur has been pulled out of CA. (gasoline) for far longer then just about anywhere and the new ULSD (diesel) mandates from 6 weeks ago should add < $0.02 per gallon. CA. has been refining ULSD for far longer then the Federal mandate as well! What I am seeing however is a rip of the diesel consumers across the country. Winter Heating Oil is very similar to Diesel #2 with low sulfur content and it is going for $1.81 per gallon on the futures market. Gasoline has been running about $0.10 less for quite some time yet Diesel has a $0.15 - $0.50 markup at the retail level by comparison. I am speaking at the pump after taxes and transport has been added to both. Someone is dipping into the pockets of the truckers a little harder then they should be imho
