part of the replacement-contingent

and there is. it's called a warranty period. when it's expired, it's expired, regardless of what you feel should be covered. if you didn't have health insurance, do you expect a doctor to fix you for free or at a reduced charge??? i don't think so. does that make your broken arm any less significant than the guy who has health ins? no. does that mean the doctor will refuse to put your arm in a cast? maybe. pay up or shut the f*** up. he is complaining and honda has said they may pay for part of the replacement-contingent on the diagnosis being done. he has to take action in order to get to that point. whether it be pay that specific dealership $95 or go find a dealership that may be cheaper or free for diagnosis, that's up to him. point being, noone has told him it would be impossible to get a portion of the cost covered. noone has told him absolutley no. he has failed to follow through and see if anyone will help after diagnosis. and not all dealerships may charge him. unless he has a valid reason why this one specific dealership is the only one he is dealing with, i have no sympathy on that part.ps~i can't express how many points i've made that have been missed completely.....
