I feel the same way about my local dealership too (Martin Honda in Newark, DE - where I bought my 02 Accord sedan). Scott Honda (West Chester, PA), where I bought my Accord Coupe, has a MUCH better service department and facility and is much more customer service oriented but they are located an hour away from my house. I guess I will do maintenance service at Martin Honda, but warranty work will be done at Scott Honda (if needed).Speaking of Martin Honda, I saw my first 8th gen Accord Coupe there today when I passed by it. It was a black EX-L with fog lights and a ugly wing. It looked gross. I really want to see a EX-L V6. Those are the real nice looking ones.
