The first time I had to "reboot" my NAVI/radio, it was a bit confusing.
You should have two 4-digit codes. The top code should be the radio code and the bottom should be for the NAVI.
Enter the NAVI code first by tapping the numbers in on the NAVI screen.
Next enter the radio code. For the radio code, look at the LCD display at the top, center of the dash. Twist the TUNE knob (right side of NAVI screen) until the first digit of the radio code appears up top. PUSH the tune button. Twist and enter the 2nd number, PUSH, etc... After the 4th push, the unit should turn on.
