Yeah me too... Premium gas and the potential service with turbo engines shy's me away a little.. In the subies, I'd be looking strictly at the normally aspirated 2.5's.. Either Legacy Limited, Outback Limited or Forester LL Bean (the tan perf leather is sweet) In the outbacks and foresters, the moonroof is HUGE which is pretty cool as well. The outback/legacy's are finished much nicer than foresters though which basically have the impreza interior. Much quieter too, however I do like the shorter forester for manueverability, and though a couple ponies less in HP, the lighter foresters have a bit more pep and seem to handle a good bit tighter.
Now that I'm looking there's a HUGE percentage of subies on the roads around here.. They're popular, so shopping hard via internet quotes would be very necessary I think.. Might have to drive a good ways to pick one up if the local dealer didn't want to compete for the bid.
