I recently faced the same decision. I ended up w/ the 4cyl/5spd Accord. To me, it just seems like a lot more car, and for not much more money (they are really proud of the new civics). The Accord has a much more luxurious interior, quieter, smoother ride. I feel like I made the right decision, and it gets 31 mpg still!
