soundstream pro 16-90 mid bass speakers

If you want good sq and clarity you shouldnt stray tooo much from the factory set up. As stated before in this thread the front door speakers are mid bass drivers and the 6x9s are also just drivers... the stock system sounds good if you dont crank it. But if you're like me and like your music loud and clear (im a recording engineer so clarity is a must) dont just go to best buy and get what ever fits, you need higher powered drivers... i have an 03 accord in my front doors i have soundstream pro 16-90 mid bass speakers (the ones with the bullet in the middle of the cone) and on the rear deck... (cuz 6x9s suck) i put 6.50 soundstream 16-100 mid bass speakers. i still have the stock tweeters in up above the dash cause they seem to do the trick but i also have one twelve in kicker in the trunk for bass. some amps and an eq or two and you'll be good to go. Oh i use crunch amps by powerzone one for the sub one for the inside speakers. I give to you the blue print i used because it worked out more than well for me. Im constantly complimented on my cars sound..... ooh oh oh dont forget dynamat or something like it in the doors and trunk not only does it make it all sound good from the outside but you'll fall in love with the audio inside your car even if you dont use a high powered system.
