luxury vehicle...nope

I bet my Acura was in more....and I can relate to you with that feeling You are correct...luxury is in the eye of the beholder and I'm glad the Accord fits that bill for a lot of people.Luxury to me means a few things beyond fancy things in the car. 1. It never needs to be at the dealer. Each time a recall or warranty work is needed, my opinion of the vehicle decreases. Reliability seems to be a luxury these days.2. Zero rattles. This is simple. 3. Exclusive. Luxury cars in my eye should not be made at 400k a year In saying that...I moved from an "entry luxury" (more like absolute junk) to a Truck. Funny thing is...the truck has no rattles, never seen the dealership for work, is quieter than the TL, has more features than the TL, and is more useful. Is the truck a luxury vehicle...nope. Oh...and I am in no way saying a luxo car is better. I hated almost my entire Acura experience. Salesmen who wouldn't talk to me b/c they thought I couldn't afford their car (even though I might make more then them), feeling funny showing up in shorts and a t-shirt for warranty work, and the lack of qualified service dealers in the states (nearest Acura dealer is over 100 miles from my house).
