I can't give you exact prices on accords but some items of note that others have already mentioned that are FACT not opinion on getting good deals:
End of the month car shoppers get the best deals
Waiting until the next MY comes out helps on previous MY price
Know the car and respective MSRP/Invoice
High volume dealers are more flexible
Be prepared to walk if you don't hear a $ you like
EDIT: Only thing I can comment on about price is I got a 03EX (sunroof) with 86K miles for $10k, purrfect running condition - some curb rash but that's about it!
