So you will not deny possibility that in all cases of dimmed display, diagnostic didn't indicate once outside power problems, so they just don't do diagnostic anymore. If you see 30 problems with the same symptoms and the same diagnostic results you may save some time and customer's money.
Don't you think that current out of expected range, measured on the unit, would be listed as a symptom for Dimmed Display in TSB if such thing was encountered?
