Has anyone had experience with the nut on the rear that holds the license plate on coming off? It appears as if the nuts are either brazed or glued in place. When changing plates for my new State, one of the nuts popped off. Must never of been on very well as the body of the car is bare paint. There is some sort of residue (glue/epoxy) on the back of the painted nut Not sure how to reattach the best way. Right now the plate is hanging on by one screw through the other nut. Would this be a dealer warranty issue (car is still under warranty)? Long way to dealer for minor (I hope) problem. Any mechanical inclined types out there have any ideas? Would be appreciated.
