I dunno. I just looked at an IS250 RWD on Lexus' website and there weren't really that many differences between the two. The IS gets worse mileage with an engine rated very similar. The IS gets more speakers, where you'd have to pony up for Acura's Tech. Pkg. But to get Xenon headlights on the IS you have to pay $2000 more than what I'd expect the TSX's base price to be for it and they swap the leather for perforated (which I wouldn't necessarily want, but the heated seats are nice). Other than that, I can't tell between the TSX and Euro Accord press releases what the differences are. I also built an Audi A4 1.8T, and even though the next gen A4 comes out this winter (I think?), and the newTSX was better equipped. I'm sure that'll change, but as it is, the TSX seems like the vehicle to get.
