___The only HW mods include 55 #s in the Michelins and Mobil1 0W-20 half way between the marks. The SW mods? The only modification I made there is the piece that attaches between the gas pedal, the drivers seat, and the steering wheel
___The PZEV receives very similar FE to the non-PZEV based LEV-II Accord. I actually lose a small amount of FE vs. the LEV-2 based Auto available in Illinois but the PZEV emission rating was worth the thousand mile drive for me to go pick one up. There would be no need for you to trade out your current ride and have one shipped out. If you were considering another Accord however, by all means please consider the PZEV as its only an ~ $150 upcharge.
