It worked for me too but I had to call twice. The first CSR wanted to charge me $12.95 a month, or some other ridiculous figure. So I waited a few days, called late on a Saturday afternoon. I told the 2nd CSR that I was paying $77.00 a year and asked if he would renew at that amount. Without hesitation, he agreed. So if you don't succeed the first time....don't be discouraged....try again.
