Dry ice trick is very crude and uncontrolled, it will only partially work with dents with gentle deformation of the sheet metal, it will not be able to take out those nasty looking dents as OP posted.
And I always wonderd if the dry ice trick may in some cases damage the paint as it achieves the effect by shocking the heated sheet meatal.
