My very first Honda is departing me in two hours as I head to my local dealer to pick up a new '07 Ridgeline RTL w/Navi. Even though I've only had it for a year, I've really enjoyed the car overall sans the disappointing interior rattles. Too many construction projects around the house require materials that just won't fit in the Accord (i.e. 4x8 sheets of drywall without cutting it up into tiny pieces, lol) and I'm tired of mooching and borrowing from other people. I'm amazed how little the Accord depreciated over a year - go Honda! My local dealer gave me a deal I couldn't refuse on the Ridgeline. Although the service department is way shy of what should be expected from a Honda dealer, there is one particular salesperson, Vernon Reed, from whom me and several of my friends have purchased Hondas from in the past. He's excellent about giving a fair deal without all the annoying haggling.
Even though I haven't been a very active poster, I'm a daily reader and I feel this is hands-down the best Accord forum around. I also appreciate all the answers and comments I've received on each of the few posts I did manage.
