The wife's 06 is ready for some new tires. I think I've narrowed it down to 3. The General Exclaim UHP, Avon Tech M550 A/S and the Yokohama Avid W4S. The General is a summer tire, other two are AS's. All have about the same wear rating, with the Yoko's the highest at 400. She got about 20k+ out of the Kumho 711's, no bad, but I'd like to get something with a bit better wear this time around as she's not really a spirited driver (at least when I'm in the car ). Oh, and were in socal, so besides the occasional rain, all season tires aren't completely necessary.
So, any experiences with these tires? I've got to say, I'm leaning heavily on the Generals because of price, tread wear (380) and the reviews I've read on tirerack. Any suggestions of other tires are welcome too...
