Does anyone know if Mahwah honda's changed owners or something, within the past year or two?
I ask because my last visit in particular was less than wonderful...and because the old service manager (Paula) and most of the service advisors, including Sara, are now gone. I'm not too fond of the new folks in the service department, especially this new 'Greg' dude.
I dunno, the whole place just seems a lot more "scummy" and a lot less like the friendly/trustworthy place i used to know; even the techs are different. It may just be a bit more shocking to me, since my last visits were about a year or two ago.
Is it just me? Has anyone else noticed a change? I'm probably not going to be coming back there anymore, if I can find a better dealership....
