memory 1 vs 2 makes no difference on the accord, but on the TL it readjusts your seat position depending on which key is used to unlock it. it 'remembers' the power seat position that was last used with that key...hence the term memory seats.
just get memory 1 because its cheaper than memory 2 for some reason.
