Nope, you can use your single key to transfer its chip, but in the end you will still have only 1 working key. Another method would be to remove the immobilizer chip and fix it to the steering column near the ignition, then, even tho you don't have any keys with chips in them your car will still see one present. Of course, this this eliminates that added level of security for you.
I typed this DIY off the assumption that anyone wanting to do this mod would have 2 keys. But 1 should work just fine too. Or you could get the key and just have the dealer cut it and program it for the price they usually charge and you would have a 2nd key.
