the link that ben supplied in his reply there was VERY informative. (a bit skewed perhaps, but still).
in the end, i don't think there is a 'right' or 'wrong' warranty that you can buy (assuming you're buying from a reputable place, which warrantyDirect seems to be one of). you have to buy the one that will make YOU feel good about purchasing it, regardless of who else bought what.
one thing to keep in mind though--any company, be that WD or even HondaCare isn't there to fix ALL of your repairs. you'll probably have to put in a decent amount of effort to prove to each that your repair should be done under warranty. the tone of this thread seems to imply that honda is better about "just doing" warranty work. just wanted to point out that it isn't always so
