i went through the same issues in june. there's a thread about it somewhere. had all pros/cons, prices, etc. honda's OWN warranty is the only sane way to go. warrantyDirect and all other places can't match hondacare. there's a thread somewhere here with a link to some board (i forget) that lists all sorts of dealers and will give you killer pricing on hondacare. do that, and it'll be all good
