Interesting question.
I know last gen, there were LEV's - Low Emissions Vehicle's ULEV's - Ultra Low Emissions Vehicle's, and PZEV's - Partial Zero Emissions Vehicle's.
PZEV's usually ended up in cali, I know that. Though I'd think almost all the Accords could meet the CA standards... their so clean as it is!
