Nah..I've never had any problems here in Cornwall. They have to prove that's the cause. All the dealers are cool with me. Had a 02 Dakota R/T supercharged the dealer serviced regularly. My 01 WS6 T/A had a 150 shot nitrous and I blew my tranny at the track, towed it to the dealer and they covered it under warranty. Maybe small town they're afraid to lose a good customer. Even my new TBSS is modded quite a bit and the dealer thinks it's awesome.
