I question how good an Accord convertable actually would be. Sure it would look cool, but it would also weigh more and thus handle even worse due to all the chasis reinforcement needed to compensate for not having a roof. The MX-5 and S2000 were designed from the ground up to be convertables and are "light weight cars"...the Accord definitely is not.
Now all that aside if you got the V6 and/or didn't care hugely about the performance of the car vs the reg Accord coupe and sedan...I think it could be kind of a winner.
