I didn't try to stick it to the second dealer, it's just that they serice my Hondas now that I have moved. I got upset because the first dealer dismissed my complaint of the pulling and the second dealer did initially as well until I asked them to test drive it again. The service mgr of the second dealer test drove it and reported that it definitely does pull left. mdnky, the car hasn't had an alignment yet but the second dealer claims to have put in on the rack and said everything was within spec, I asked for the print out but they could not produce one. The only thing that was "done" to address the issue was tire rotation and two road tests.Car pulls left regardless of load and/or passengers. Like I said, the car needs an oil change soon, it will also have an alignment done to see if that will solve the problem. Honda customer service blows.I submitted a complaint to the BBB yesterday and Marion Cooley, the district mgr called me today Now that's service... Distr mgr: Hello, Mr. Unhappy Customer. I'm calling to let you know, we are aware of the complaint to the BBB.Unhappy Customer: And....?Dist. mgr: We are still unable to offer you factory assistance at this time.Unhappy Customer: Bye.
