The chance that an alignment issue is causing a pull on an Accord is very, very low. Even if it was, there are very few adjustments available for these cars to correct the issue (when compared to other mainstream cars) short of rebuilding the car itself. On the Accord, you align it mainly to keep good tire wear.
My first question to the original poster would be what were the specs for the alignment(s) that was done on this vehicle? Any decent shop will provide you with a printout of the before and after measurements. If you have those, lets see them.
Has the steering and suspension system been checked out? How was this done?
Also, what kind of load do you carry in your car and how evenly is it distributed? Does the severity decrease/increase or disappear when you have passengers or loads in the car?
