parts and service advisor

HCF, sorry if I sounded like a dick but I'm just frustrated about the situation.

Anyway, I called Honda of Grand Blanc today, spoke with the service advisor that "helped" me last friday. I told him I have service records in hand showing that I brought the car in at 6K with the pulling problem. He told me there was nothing he could do and the service mgr was away for the whole week. I asked him if he could work with me and he said he doesn't have the authority and there was nothing he could do because I'm over 12K. We kept going in circles, finally he said I could call Honda corporate, I asked him for the number and he said, it's in your manual. Blew me off big time, what a douche.

Man, I used to work for BMW for almost 10 years as a parts and service advisor and I used to go out of my way to help people. We had ways of pushing warranty claims through for special instances like this. Also if I couldn't take care of the customer, I would talk to the service mgr and he would take care of it, NOT just tell the customer to call BMW. icon_thumbsdown.gif

I called Honda corporate and told them exactly what happened and he documented the situation, names of the dealers and the names of the service advisors who "helped" me. Does not look good on the dealers especially the second one who told me, to f**k off basically and call Honda myself.

A district manager will call me tomorrow. The rep was surprised that the service advisor referred me to Honda corporate so quickly and wouldn't even provide me with the number.

The dealer is jerking me off over a $90 alignment job. I can't wait to slam them in the customer satisfaction survey. Bye bye bonus moneywave.gif
