I have to dig up the record in my files, I definitely brought it in before I hit 12k. I called the first dealer that I brought it to for the pulling issue, a service advisor printed out all of my records and sent them out to me. She said, from her experience, Honda will NOT deny a warranty claim such as this and told me Honda in general is very lenient with warranty issues.
