Well, based on the pics, the wheels are stock (i.e. non HFP), the original owner may have taken the HFP wheels off and sold them separately to get most money out of them.
The wheelwell gaps between the fender lip and wheels "seem" to suggest the HFP suspensions are installed, I believe HFP shocks and springs come pre-assembled, so you would just swap the whole stock shocks/springs out, and unlike the wheels/tires, it's too much work to take them off to sell separately so that's likely why the original owner left them on the car.
Since there are front mud guards, the side body skirt aren't installed, and I "think" there is no front lip, and there is definitely no rear lip installed.
Seems to be a good deal, I paid almost $10K more for my 05' in July last year, but this is in Canadian market so the numbers are skewed, and the car was immaculate.
I would check for accident repairs, and the condition of the paint cannot be known until you looked at it up close and personal.
Also, there are those rice pedal covers installed, so it's hard to say if the original owner drove the car hard, or not...........
