Well, my overall average is 28.2 mpg over about the last 20 fill-ups.I have a 100 mile round-trip commute daily. About a third of that is interstate at about 72 mph average speed. The other two-thirds is state highway, at an average speed of about 62 mph (unless stopped). My maximum is usually 75, but on a rare occasion I'll go up to 80 mph if I'm in a big hurry. Seldom do jackrabbit starts or quick stops. Usually go easy on the throttle, with occasional bursts for fun or to pass.
