I just installed the usaSpec ipod adapter in my 07 EX-L v6 and it workes perfectly. Steering wheel controls and cd changer controls work great with it. I found it had enough cable to run from where it is behind the glove box up through the consul into the storage compartment between the front seats where it sits on the top level inside the storage compartment. The only cutting I had to do is to notch a piece off the cover from the power outlet where I ran the ipod cable into the storage compartment.
