First of all, all your links have "..." causing the link to be dead, so i cant access any of these.
Also i just installed the US Spec unit in my girl's 04 accord, and i think its a great unit. The unit has 2 options, one where you can control playlist thru the car, or 2 where you can control the ipod for playlist, but the best thing about it is you can still change songs and volume thru your radio/steering wheel controls. The price we paid for unit was 120$ at a local audio shop. The unit also chargers the unit so that's a great +.
I would recommend this unit to anyone. It also has aux ports to install other MP3 or audio devices. ex., have a portal dvd player? plus the sound ito the aux port, boom you got the players sound in your car. Also another thing i liked about unit is you can still use your cd changer.
