What is the reason why my unit stopped working properly is not of concern to me as a customer. This is something that Honda and radio's manufacturer need to worry about. What was of concern to me was that I found that more than few other cars had the same problem, that Honda was resolving the problem different ways with each of these customers, that Honda knew there was a problem with the unit long time ago, that the cost of the repair was unproportionaly high to what was actual problem.Dealer's service just follows TSB issued by Honda. Their primary concern should be customer. You don't need to be engineer to figure out that probably one component in that radio is broken, due to bad design or bad manufacturing, and that this component is not easy accessable in the radio unit, due to bad design of that unit.
