Check NADA for invoice and all accesories, that site will give you MSRP and INVOICE. I usually only pay 500 above invoice no matter what. If the dealer is not willing then I get on the net and email several Honda Companies and tell them the first to show me the invoice and accept 500 over invoice (dealer invoice) will have my business. After buying 7 new cars in a 10 year period and several used cars, it has always worked. Of course having a trade in make is more complicated but if you pay low for the new car expect to receive a low amount for you car.Good Luck
