Having both, generally the I4 makes more since. Off the line it's just as quick as my v6 if not quicker . Of course the v6 takes off after around 50 miles per hour, but it's not a necessity. My I4 has plenty of passing power on the highway...infact more then enough. I'd say get the v6 only if you want alot of top end power that you really dont need but like. V6 is also a bit smoother but more maintanence.
