I'm thinking that the coupe is mentioned simply because it's the car that they tested. Similarly, they listed the BMW 335i coupe that uses the same engine as the 335i and 535i sedans. The 2.0 FSI listed in the Audi A3 is also used in the TT and VW GTI and, in logitudinal layout, in the A4 and Passat. The 3.5 listed with the Lexus ES350 is also used in the Toyota Camry and Avalon. I would like to assume tha the Honda 3.5 is a winner whether it's in the coupe or sedan and whether or not it has VCM (as shown in the pic).
