I don't think it's a matter of Honda not wanting the consumers to have the data base, it's more because they're too lazy to do more than one. They only have one site & it's for sales, service, parts..... having it for employees only makes it easier to track who's doing what & less likely to get hacked into.

I could cause all sorts of problems with what I have access to!! I could order parts no one wanted, change new car orders...really mess things up!! But they can easily find where it came from because of the login they have.

nafreire, rattles can happen to all of them. I don't think there's been any design change in that area. They may have added something that I'm unaware of. If you have a rattle that fits the description, then there's no harm in pointing it out that there was a bulletin for others. It could speed up the repair. If it's under warranty it really doesn't matter if the bulletin pertains to yours. If you have a rattle that's already been deemed abnormal in other years, they should still be able to fix it. smile.gif
