Ok did a little searching, it seems that the KA5MT transmission for the RSX has 6 pieces to it up to 2005 and then changes to the exact same 5 pieces that are in the 2006 KA5MT transmission used in the Accord. The part numbers are different but Honda and Acura use different part numbering systems so that is hard to tell by. The bearing is the same size on both of them and the drawing looks identical. If the piece that Phanton Grip has already works on both of the RSX transmissions then there should be no problem for it fitting in the 7th gen Accord transmissions as they are most likely the same.
