All V6s are ULEV. I was talking the PZEV vehicles. Those are only in specific states.
Honda's approach to Hybrids is very different. The new Civic gives some great mileage and is comparable to the Prius as many people can't get close to the advertised numbers. The Civic is easier to achieve those numbers.
The Civic is built for more highway driving. I personally like the Honda/Lexus approach to hybrid vehicles. Being able to give you more performance w/o adding displacement is a great idea. Much better than the "It's got a Hemi" attitude.
